after 11 years of litigation, ime's, court testimony and
lawyers..I'm ready to just have the Judge mediate a
settlement. I can't find any information on how
beneficial this might be. How do these mediations usually
turn out. I don't know how much longer I can continue
this, it is destroying my mental and physical health even
more as I get older.
