As with my reply to Jason, workers' compensation is different for different states. It would help in these posts if you identify your state so that attorneys from your own state can reply. In Pennsylvania you could file a Petition for Penalties if the employer's insurance company refused to pay for necessary medical treatment. You would be filing it against the employer and the insurance company, though, not suing workers' compensation. On 2/11/07, Posserider wrote: > can Workers Comp. be sued?
