I was injured on the job by another employee hitting me in
the elbow with a crow bar at my place of employment and
have little use of this arm, my employer told me that this
was a civil matter and workmans compensation would not be
any help with this injusy. How can I find out the laws for
this kind of situation. Thank you for any help. John Warren
