Everyone who has a workers compensation claim in CA should
know that if your injury occurred after 1/1/05 if you
receive a determination from your physician when they
release you from medical treatment that you don't agree with
you only have 20 days from the date you receive the report
from the doctor to object and obtain a second medical legal
opinion from another doctor. If you don't object in time you
will be stuck with the opinions of the treating doctor right
or wrong!
