I'm sorry to tell you people but the workers comp system is
so slow because Insurence Companies want to keep their
money in the pot for as long as possible. Also you have
those few who try to fake injuries making it worse for
those of us who really are hurt. After 2 sugeries and
almost 5 yrs of waiting and not being able to work I
finally settled my case and it's been over 2 months since
the judge signed the papers yet I haven't seen a dime since
my vocational rehab ended. Good luck people!
