I recently filed a sexual harrassment claim againt upper
managment,4/25 i went to lunch and called in sick to my
manager due to the stress that had been going on at work
and told him i would be back to work first thing in the
morning, which i was, he then told me i had to leave until
i heard from h.r, i then asked to give me that in writing
and he did i then left, i went and filed a work comp claim
for all the stress and 3 hrs later they called me at home
and said my position as seised do not show up at work
anymore. They are claiming that i did not call in sick the
day before (which i did and my manager ok'd it)now they
are saying claiming job abbandonment and i self resigned.
