I have had shoulder problems for over 10 years and have
been of work a few times over the time frame. Now I have
been off since Jan 09 and have been told I need surgery.
The question is do I have the right to refuse surgery if
they can not guarantee me to fix the problem.What will
WSIB say if I refuse, will they cut me off.
