I was fired while on modified duty with workers comp.
My shoulder is still being treated. My workers comp.
carrier is still handling the medical treatments however
will no longer send me anymore disability payments. Am I
entitled to apply for state disability since I am still on
modified duty and cannot accept. full duty yet? I applied
for unemployment but was denied as I cannot work right now
until I am released to full duty. Please let me know what
you think? I have doctor and therapy appts.
