12-29-04 I herniated 4 discs in my cervical spine lifting a
patient. Wonderful, huh? Had syrgery 11-05 to fix it.
Fused 2 levels. WC didn't want to pay so I got an Atty.
Ive been all over the Labor Comission with this one and am
now speaking with a mediator to settle. My ATTY told the
judge that we had settled 4 months ago and round and round
we go. Anyway, I have seen $3,000 only so far. It's time
for more surgery which will leave me not able to turn my
neck, + 17 visits to the ER a month, and I only have %18
impairment? Give me a break. Any advise on how to
get'r'done?
