    My wife works at a small office and one of the benefits
    offered there is 6 weeks paid maternity leave. She has
    received this benefit before with our first child and so
    have 2 other girls at the office. But whenever they do
    get pregnant they have to put up with hassle from the
    boss. Well now my wife is pregnant again and she told her
    boss a week ago that she is 4 weeks pregnant. So today
    the boss met with the girls and told them that he may be
    cutting out maternity leave. They think that he is trying
    to make my wife quit so that he doesnt fire her. Can he
    legally do this? Him saying he is going to cancel paid
    maternity leave after finding out she is pregnant? Just
    need a little advice. Thanks alot.
