i broke my ankle on work, slipped on toliet paper that was
left on floor in bathroom stall as i entered. my doctor
said i didn't need surgery, i was in a cast for 6 weeks
with 3torn ligaments and the broken ankle. now, 5 months
later a cat scan showed the bone did not fuse,, there was
nonunion and 2 two mm gaps in two spots, the only recourse
is surgery. i have constant pain, and sever nerve pain
symptoms. what kind of settlement am i looking at, what
is usual for this.,
