I sustained an on the job injury on 5/09/2007 since then I
have seen 7 doctors, 2 of those were Designated Doctor the
last designated doctor gave me an impairment rating and to
this day I still have not received any medical
treatment(such as injections, surgery,etc)and my surgery for
anterior cervical discectomy and fusion was denied twice. My
employer fired me for lack of showing medical improvement.
But how can I improve if I have not been given any medical
treatment?
