OK this is kinda long soo ill keep it short.

Janauray 1st 2007 i was working underneath a car at my job
and it came down ontop of me, destroying my meniscus
tissues medial and latteral, and destroying my acl
ligaemnt, i under went 3 surgeries to fix this, and i
still had issues with it,

I was then given another mri and realized my pcl ligament
was also destroyed.

Workamns comp switched me to a new doc, and he did a
complete Acl/pcl reconstruction, He redid the acl caus ehe
said it wasnt doen right.

Now hes the kick during the arthoscopy he said there was
no pcl ligament there at all, no fragments, and he then
ststaed he thinks the old docs , cut the pcl out during
the one surgery by mistaking it for the acl,

Now i had to get the 4th surgery cause of my pcl, which i
found out was the doctors fault

Can i sue for medical malpractice?

Also how much is my workmans comp settlement looking like?

I already have arthritis, Im 23 years old, ive been outta
ework almost a yeaar and i was told i cannot return till
probally july 2008
