Post: temp agency job , can they let me go from current job?

I got hurt while working for a temp agency, broken elbow
(permant mobility prob)and hurt knee. I havent gotten an
attorney yet because i want my job back i am almost done
with my 90 days to be hired on full time.. what kind of a
settlement can i expect.. should i get an attorney and
just hope they put me back at my old job or say screw it
and get an attorney and try to get a decent settlement.
