Post: KS Workers Comp

Posted by Sue on 1/09/08
I have been tied up in a KS Workers Comp case and my attorney has not done anything to see that I have received the recommended testings to provide an accurate diagnosis. I had to wait 13 months to get my case to court to make WC Insurance carrier honor the IME finding them responsible. Now they are talking settlement. Is this the norm? Is there anything I can do to ensure this doesn't happen to another victim by utilizing this attorney?
