Post: Definitions needed

Hello, could someone help me with a couple of definitions
and a few questions.

1. Settlement and Permanent Disability, what are the
definitions of these? (Also, if a person is PD, would they
get 1 or the other?)

2. Does everyone get a Settlement?

3.Would a person be compensated, for having to self-
catharsizes for the rest of their life?

4.Once being at MMI, what would happen next.
