I signed this agreement, With Oregons Liberty Mutual
Workers comp. the insurer soon after surgery for a lumbar
spine injury, and it was the advice of my attorney to
sign. this was to be my second surgery to repair now im
in need of a third surgery,,and trying to reopen my clain
again, but have been denyed so fighting it again to reopen.
I had no idea what I was signing when I signed that
C.D.A,with the insurance co. My attorney should adviced me
not to sizn such a thing. I em learning threw experince
what Im up against in this world, with workers comp. and
the doctors and attorneys, Help me Im disabled from it
