Post: gun rights

i was 15 and lost my gun rights by commiting a felony
stealing cookies i know laugh it was pretty stupid is there
any way to restore them i have been hunting for about 10
years now i bought a 12 gauge for duck hunting had no
problems getting it threw n.i.c.s then last year i went to
buy a rifle for elk hunting and they denied me saying i
have a second degree felony and i cant vote and i cant
pocess any firearms so i have my cousin holding my gun and
need to get my gun rights restored any help is there a way
to do it myself thank you chuck
