If you are being discriminated against on the basis of your religion and/or race, you are free to file a complaint with your State's equal rights division or the federal EEOC. The question though is whether they have demoted you because you are Jewish or whether there is some other reason, such as that they have a legitimate reason to be displeased with your job performance or feel you aren't management material. You haven't provided any information that suggests your religion is a factor, other than that you happen to be Jewish.
