I'm in the process of trying to buy a house. The lender
said that because of my chapter 13 only having been
discharged a year ago, that it will be difficult for me to
get approved. Is this true? I was told by the bankruptcy
court that there shouldn't be a problem, since it was a
chapter 13, and not a chapter 7.
Thanks for any imput on this.
