    If it has only been a year it will probably be rough. The best
    thing to do is start establishing credit again. Get a secured
    credit card and make sure you charge on it and pay on time.
    Then in about a year you should be ok. I know this because I
    used to work in real estate and I had many clients in the same
    predicament.
