Bought a used vehicle appoximately two months ago. Made my
first car payment on 6/16/04 on time. All this time the
dealer is trying to finance my loan and is having a hard.
Today, I received a call from the sales manager asking me
to bring the car back...
Can they keep my deposit of $1,000 or any of my first
payment?

Please help.
