My car has been "stolen" from me by a fradulent mechanics
lien...filed with out notification because the car shop
owner did not notify me by mail or otherwise. He simply
kept the car locked up and when I went to try and make
payments he refused..he then changed the name to his at
the DVM..by saying he was the previous owner..the car is
valued at over 9000.00 and the bill was for 954.00. I did
not have the money and the person that took the car in and
offered to pay is in jail and the shop owner knew that. I
would never have let my car go to the owner for a mere
954.00.
