Post: forming a corporation question?

I need advice about where to form my corporation. I am
forming a corporation to produce movies. I think neveda is
where I want to form my corporation but I live in
california and my movie will be shot in california.
more specifics:
I will here crew in california wich will be paid a payroll
service(this is standard industry practice)
I will also cast actors. also be paid by payroll service.
renting of production equipemt and vehicles. there will be
no production office. everything done on location.

please tell me if I need to qualify in california if I
incorporate in neveda.
