Dear Anna, If all provisions or clauses in the contract have been agreed upon and signed by both party and if you have followed the contract by sending notice to the tenants etc etc. Then you should not worry. Where about (state) your rental property locate? To you have a lawyer handle the transaction? If not you might seek one to handle the transaction.
