    Dear Anna,

    If all provisions or clauses in the contract have been
    agreed upon and signed by both party and if you have
    followed the contract by sending notice to the tenants etc
    etc. Then you should not worry. Where about (state) your
    rental property locate? To you have a lawyer handle the
    transaction? If not you might seek one to handle the
    transaction.
