    If you're asking if child support payments can be dropped,
    then answer is No! Child support if for the child and the
    childrens' mothers' have no say in the matter.

    Secondly, there is no statute of limitations on felony
    charges. The charge(s) and subsequent felony warrant(s) are
    enforceable until he arrested and faces the charges or until
    he 'expires'.
