    Why do you think your attorney is not wanting to help you?
    Only your attorney knows the details that can answer your
    question. As a rule, police have to have a search warrant,
    but there are exceptions. Your attorney knows this and what
    the exceptions are. You should be talking to her, not second
    guessing her with very possibly wrong or inaccurate
    information from a public chat board.
