I have a shoplifting/MISD record from 10years ago. I'm
trying to expunge this record on my own because I cannot
afford to hire an attorney. I've obtained a certified copy
of the court documents and I have prepared a form 1203.4.
I'm in L.A. county,now where do I mail this to? Do I need
to mail it to the district attorneys' office? I'm not sure
if the attorney who proscuted my case still works there so
I'm lost..My trial took place at the Van Nuys Div. Court.
What do I do next?
