I went to renew my drivers license. I found out that I
have an unpaid ticket from 99. I set up a payment plan
with the county and was pretty sure that I paid off all my
tickets. I did not worry about it because I never received
any thing further from the court. They are trying to say
that I paid all but one. I am checking my receipts. I talk
to one of the ladies in the judges office. She told me
that I did not appear in court in 2004. I explained to her
that I never received any thing about court or else I
would have been there. So I don't understand how they can
penalize me for that. I was want to know what rights I
have.
