i just was just charged with burglery, theft and criminal
mischief the other day, althoughi didnt know i was commiting a
huge crim by entering an abandoned building. my friend and i
were cuffed and taken to the station where they asked us all
about what we were doing there. They did not read us our rights
though and i was wondering what i should do and if i can get out
of this situation without being convicted of the crimes that i
was...i dont even know why burgalary and robbery...charged...
anybody with some knowledge could you please email me thanks
