On July 31st my fiance was told by his probation officer to
come to court and see the judge for violating his first
offense violation for probation of a simple assault from
last year 2008 it was actually the last day is probation on
july 24 th his superviosion would have been through with.
But it was a day too early. the judge gave him 60 days and
told him he would be back in three weeks for re evaluation
to let him know or see what help or what programs he should
go into. Will he only do the 60 days because that is what I
did hear the judge say 60 days or I would assume she would
be lieing in court? Can you help me His rerlease day is
september 29 th 2009. but still up for re evaluation.Thank
you.
