How does one go about getting a coviction overturned for
failure of due process and equal protection when your
Attorney says he will not go against the Judge for fear of
being disbared? He agrees that I was denied due process and
held in violation of Constitutional guarantee of reasonal
bail until I accepted the plea agreement. In the process of
denial of my rights, the Judge violated the Privact Act of
1974 and Federal Criminal Statutes under Title 42. This is
in the Court record.
