Was wondering why dogs that are personal property can be
taken with a warrant and than destroyed before court case
has even been heard. the reason behind destroying them is
they have no place to keep them. In most cases the charges
are dropped and the people have just lost all they have
worked for most there lives. can any one explain how this
can be?
