Good luck to all who are bullied by brutal > policeofficers. I read your blog and wondered how long do you have to file. I was arrested on two false charges at different times. My bond was already set then denied by a magistrate judge. One instance I had traded a rail buggy for a car. I was already off the property at a store when the guys wife pulled up and told me the car I had picked up was tied up in their divorce.I responded that I had the correct paper work and showed her this. I told her I would be glad to return the car and take it up with her husband. She insisted on calling sheriffs. After sheriffs arrived ,everyone agreed that I take the car back. After I went back on the property and unloaded the car the sheriff ask that I come to where he was.I did as he ask and when I walked to where he was standing he told me to put my hands behind me I was under arrest for criminal tresspass. The person who was with me was allowed to drive my wrecker home and leave the property. I was cohersed into this tresspass. I have charges pending still, but how long is the statute for filing a claim? who is your atty? and thanks
