    I would agree with him if he were talking about mandatory
    non-binding arbitration that was truly impartial. It does
    work well and with cost/fee penalties for a non-prevailing
    party who elects to go to trial after arbitration it
    provides an incentive to cooperate with a reasonable
    arbitration decision.

    However, from what I have herd on this forum, NAF is not
    truly impartial and instead is a rubber stamp for the credit
    card companies.
