Along with all documentation that shows that the charges have been dropped and your ownership documentation. Go to the PD. Query the Duty Officer, who will direct you to whomever it is you need to talk. You may need to wait a specified time-240 days, 160 days after charges have been dropped to ensure that the guns were not involved in another crime. It seems like the runaround but rules are rules. Ask for business cards. Write down who you talked to. Get extension numbers. FOLLOW UP with this when your time frame is up.
