I have been suspended pending enquiries into an alleged
sexual harrasment case. I have to go back in to work in
two days time. Is it correct for them at this stage to
not inform me of who has made the allegations and the
subject of the alleged complaint. I would also like to
know if i am in my rights to receive a report of the
investigations the Company makes. Also what are my rights
to these false allegations?
