well, we actually did sign a contract that offered a small
hourly guarantee vs the commission rate we would be paid,
whichever was greater. As it turns out, most of us have been
making the hourly since Nov. which equals about $1300 a month
since there is no traffic in our showroom. We were told not to
worry, we would make much more than the hourly. they simply
exaggerted the amount of existing business that was there, and
I just wanted them to stop so other people wont' be sucked in.
Even though they didn't advertise an amount in the newspaper,
do you consider statements made in an interview "advertising"
the salary range for the company? thanks so much!
