This complaint is about wrongful termination in my past
employments. I was just terminated for the third time in a
period of two months. Details about the specific employer,
and dates and circumstances are available. I would like to
start however with a key issue never addresssed. Upon any
and all complaints regarding wrongful termination by
previous employers, the only answer that I've received is
that The State of Florida has no law to preclude an employer
from firing one. If the employer does not like you, they can
simply go ahead and fire you.

Instead therefore, I will first like to refer to a law in
Employment in Florida. A Guide to Employment Laws,
Regulations, and Practices, Volum I, Michael F. Marino, J.
David Richeson, 2005., Filed Through: Release No. 5. October
2005, Lexis Nexis, Matthew Bender 11-11-c.: Conspiracy for
Deprivation of Employment Rights. The Civil Rights Act of
1871 provides a remedy where two or more persons conspire to
deprive a person of employment rights guaranteed by the U.S.
Constitution and laws.148 Additionally a person can be
liable for failing to prevent a conspiracy to interfere with
a person's Civil Rights.149.

In all of these wrongful terminations there is an element
of conspiracy, and each and everyone of these employers'
representatives is liable. Is this the hatred of a people?
No. I submit it is a conspiracy. Perusing a list of
employers' representatives, you will readily see that no
Hispanic surname appears among those of persons hiring,
previous to the last eployment. You will see many short
engagements but no Hispanic surnames. However you will often
see a Hispanic involved in the incident that caused the fire
or that actually fired. I am at a lost to explain what the
reason for this persecution is, but I know it exists because
I live it. At the very least there's a Hispanic that
instigates trouble. Most jobs go through the same cycle: a
honeymoon; a short climatic period where one is shown
disdain and negativity; followed by an all out period of
unadulterated hatred, so one will leave. One would of course
like to leave but these periods grow ever shorter, not even
lasting the 4 months required to collect employment insurance.

Here's a list of the employers in retrospect with a short
description of the facts, addressing the Hispanic factor:

1 - Westgate Resorts - 6/23, 6/26, 6/27.

I applied for telemarketing and was asked to apply for
Marketing Coordinator (which pays $9, instead of $8). I
attended general company training 6/23, and department
training 6/26 and 6/27. During 6/26, the trainer mentioned
that eating was not alowed in the telephoning area. On 6/27
I arrived at 15 minutes to 9:00. The other 2 trainers
arrived at 10 minutes to 9:00. I had with me an inexpensive
coffee cup with a lid that I got in their lunchroom. I
remembered her comment, "You can't eat back here." But did
not think it applied to the coffee because everyone in
telemarketing, drinks fluids. One of the other trainees
brought with her a large bag from McDonalds and proceeded
take out her breakfast bacon/cheese croissant sandwhich. She
also had a large Coke with a lid. As she ate the croissant
right next to me, the woman training us said, "You can't
have a cup without a lid back here." I had removed the
flimsy lid and was drinking the coffee from the small
styrofoam cup. Well, I can gulp it down or go throw it out.
"I'm almost done, " I said. She said "Let's go to Human
Resources." At Human Resources, an even heavier Latino
woman, with an even thicker accent, was repeating that cups
without lids where not allowed. She said it several times. I
was feeling very uncomfortable because the conversation was
going nowhere. So I said, "Well it is time for you to call
the guards." Then of course, she said, I had to leave. Both
women, as well as the supervisor, are Hispanic.

At that point of course, I realized that her constant
attention during the first day of training was not a
coincidence. She had asked me repeatedly (5 or 6 times) if I
was keeping up taking notes. "Yes," I would say. She was
quite upset by the fact that I was not writing exactly the
same amount of time as the other two trainees. This of
course, is a result of the fact that having 3 full college
degrees, I'm a most able note taker unlike her other 2 high
school graduates in training. I could not determine if she
was trying to call me stupid or old, in which case they are
also guilty of age discrimination.

I elected the check card from BOA to receive my pay. It
came with a 0 balance. When I called last Monday, the clerk
said that I could come pick up my check at the office. I
told the woman that I was in Miami, and to please mail the
check for the 20 hours worth of pay. I called Thursday. The
clerk told me that I needed to send them a fax requesting
the check. I sent the fax Thursday afternoon. I called after
I sent the fax to see if they had received it. I called
several times today but wasn't able to speak to a live
person. Will I get the desperately needed money next week?

2 - Office Depot - 6/13, 6/14, 6/15

I was hired in the parking lot of a new Office Depot. The
store manager told me to return the next week. I worked
Tuesday and Wednesday setting up the store. A raggedy
looking group of people worked assembling shelves etc.
Immediately after being hired, I started experiencing pains
in my lower extremities. As I worked at the store the pain
increased producing a mild limp, if I disguised it.

At around 10:00 am, as I worked on the shelves I heard
singing, loud singing, trying for operatic singing. A young
man who appeared to be Mexican, 5 ft tall or less, with
severely deformed legs, sang throughout the morning. His
voice broke in a million ways. It sounded terrible. The
loud, insuferable singing continued 'til lunch. Is he making
fun of Opera? I thought. See how there's a conspiracy, I
thought. I bet he'll be involved in my separation from this
organization. Why did I think that? How many of those people
working there that day ever set foot in a theatre. I on the
other hand attended many musical events when I lived in NYC.
I always seem to have my superior background with me. On the
third day the assistant manager told me to help with
cataloging the remaining supplies. The young man stopped the
other worker from giving me work to do and convinced her to
ignore me.

I told the Assistant Manager. She returned with me to shoe
me in. The young man now proceeded to order me about in a
showy, grand manner. "Get a (size) peg board. "A what?" "You
don't know what a pegboard is?" "No. Why don't you go get
it.?" "I am a manager here at the store." "You are? Let me
check with Phillip." But when I asked Phillip he said, "He
is the store manager actually. He'll be taking over as soon
as the start up period ends. And I'll be leaving. So if you
don't like him, you can leave right now." And so I was fired.

I purposely stayed in Orlando an extra day the following
week to get the check at the store as agreed. I had only
$40, just barely enough to return. When I got to the store
Phllip confidently told me that the check had been mailed.
That it was at home. I did find the check when I got back,
but it was missing $55. I called a number of places various
times, before I got the $55.

An aside here about checks not received. I requested the
small sum I have in my pension fund two and a half months
ago. Are the papers processed by a Hispanic? I hear D DAy is
August 15th. They lost the first form. They sent the second
one to Missouri instead of to Ohio... Oh well. Oh, and I
have claimed my weeks at the UI website 3 times I think,
now. Not a penny yet. My bills keep coming in a timely
fashion but slightly larger now. The young man is Hispanic.

3 - Kelly Services/McGraw Hill (FCAT Grader)

For this job I had to stay out of work for a month from the
schools to prevent a conflict of interest. This one also
lasted three days, but the check came without a fight. I had
trouble qualifying. The third round would take place after
lunch. I could still do it but not a sure thing. I returned
from lunch by mistake 5 to 10 minutes late. The leader sent
me to the HR office. And they immediately fired me. I had
made two silly mistakes. Edgardo Fortuna was in Lake Mary
during that week, along with the rest of us. He is a Real
Estate Broker I worked for a long time ago. Other than
Fortuna's presence, there was a Hispanic in charge of the
computers. ...And also many Hispanic guards.

I've worked at the Broward County Schools as a subsitute
teacher since 2003. The Hispanic tries to fire me there
constantly. There the trouble is always present through the
children. Hispanic children have techniques all their own to
disturb the classroom. Only certain areas of the county call
me. Some children are so constant sustaining the disruption
that I call them "the little flames". "They are like little
pilot flames always burning to light up the stove through
the other children or themselves.

I was asked by some schools to come on as a pool sub.
working in one school every day. However, I find it more
advantageous to work in different places. It makes it more
dificult for them to fire me, or cause me to leave by
causing illness symptoms. That's probably the reason I've
worked for three years. I resigned before the summer to see
if I could move from this area. I am afraid to not be able
to loose one of the many symptoms they disturb me with
constantly. Some are quite frightening. I have spent every
penny I've earned in the past few years avoiding the many
disparate, varied symptoms by driving away from the area.
This costs a small fortune. $30 for gas to Martin County or
Palm Beach and back.

Sometimes it's my right ankle and I can barely walk. Other
times it is an interior itch and burn in the torso. Other
times is little shards of glass in my thighs piercing my
flesh from within. Sometimes it's strange sensations in my
veins. Along with that the veins get purple and swollen.
Cramps preclude one from straightening out one's limbs for
minutes. And a host of other symptoms, too many to mention.
We all agree that it would be cheaper to take some pills for
something. However, one doesn't want to be sick if one knows
that leaving the area is the best medicine.

4 - Bed Bath and Beyond, Boca West

Secured job for extra money during Christmas. Tall, Cuban
worker caused extreme cold symptoms whenever she saw me.
They hired more people and cut my hours to Sunday only.
Finally the symptoms were too frightening (heart trouble)
and I resigned.

5 - Measuremet Inc., Charlotte, NC

Here there was a Hispanic team leader, and her romantic
interest who moved the boxes around. She was critical of me
once or twice. When the facility moved or closed there was
no other work. Here they made a tremendous effort to
preclude me from being hired. For instance, the day I went
to apply, I found everyone outside the building due to a
bomb scare. These were popular in that area. They also
emptied out the Adams Mark Hotel a day I went to lunch
there, while looking for work.

6 - Hertz, Charlotte Airport, NC.

New worker, short and stocky, Hispanic male (Cuban) marched
into the manager's offce to complain that I had called him
lazy. The ungamely young man had been dilly dallying for
fifteen minutes and I needed to take a break. The new
manager called me into the offfice and reprimanded me for
calling the fellow lazy. An indispensable worker? No. He had
the worst statistics among us; Tongue tied to the point of
not being able to ask, "Did you gas up?"

7 - Dillard's, Southpark, Charlotte

Fired by part time manager of cosmetics Estes Lauder
counter.I think this light mulatto woman was Cuban. She
conspired with a black customer to fire me.The reason was
that I did not want to credit my sale to her girlfriend. It
was impossible since I had to know her Social.

8 - Godiva Chocolatier - Coastland Center Mall, Naples

After a great deal of torture, mostly stemming from working
alone, though there were other employees, the Cuban part
timer had her way and had me fired.This child even
threatened me with bodily harm, right there in the mall. The
area manager joked "I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding
another job with all your qualifications," as she fired me.

9 - Park Shore Resort, Naples

Hotel Manager hired me, thinking I would make one more
"number one with a bullet Cuban at Sunstream Properties".
After all there were two very successful young yuppies in
management of Cuban origin. But particularly the female did
not like me. My college education was not somehow as
worthwhile as their's. The couple of times she was in, she
was abrupt and rude. She appeared to be overemployed. She
kept leaving essential things behind. The deal for Dehl here
was that she was told a young fat thing with blonde hair
wanted her early shift at the Front Desk. I took the Night
Auditor position, which paid more and freed me for other
endeavors. However, before the month ended, they gave me a
promotion to bookkeeper at another hotel. The person leaving
the job did not do a very good job of training me. She left
two essential pieces of information out. Furthermore, the
supply room sent the wrong paper weight for the innumerable
computer reports. Few reports printed. The paper tore.

10 - JC Pennies - Aventura Mall, Aventura

Heavy set, old woman who worked full time detested me and
worked assidiously to get me fired. Carmen from Chile made a
career out of this. She was advanced to manager, in some
sort of new program. A surprising turn of events since she
was easily in her late fifties, and looked much too mature
for that role. Yet her superiors found her an excellent bet
on the future.

That is a total of 10 jobs where the Hispanic fired me.
That's why I overheard one calling me "Botiti at least one
Hispanic sardonic male". They are so funny aren't they?

I need to find a way to address this problem. I think that
there are a small number of Hispanics involved in the
conspiracy, not that these fires arise from a natural
reaction. Maybe one can blame others for constantly
underemploying me. But there is no reason for the co-workers
to know about that. In fact they all say that they don't see
any difference. I will gladly provide whatever details are
necessary; Addresses, dates, names, etc.

The worst part about all of this is that apparently the
conspirators work with one of more "mediums, they say". I
personally think that it is computer aided, not really the
medium of long ago. They want to make one ill because one
doesn't have any money. However, if they have fomented all
of these fires, this is quite unfair. They belong in jail.
It would evidently be quite easy for people with the ability
to hurt others without being noticed, to get the person
fired repeatedly. And would like to follow their advice and
"see what fine people they are," but frankly my experiences
do not permit it. They get ever more aggressive. Right now
staying with my mother at her cousin's I feel poorly. I
notice all kinds of health problems while I'm here. My
ankles swell. I have many sensations obese people would
have, though I am of average weight. I feel a lot of the
symptoms mentioned above. However, everyone cooperates,
apparently, holding on to one's money and firing one, to
make one live among the conspirators. I feel more confident
than ever for I saw on the Internet this week that there are
technologies patented to achieve all of these things.
Patents for technology to control the human being have been
granted for years now. WIth tne new advances in Nanotech
(100 transistors that fit on a pin's head) and Wireless,
these things look more practical and lucrative to the
spruculess investor. For instance the Limba machine produces
a stupor/sleep/trance in the subject without coming in
contact with the subject. I could not help but think that
when I worked at Measurement Inc., I became this way
sometimes in the afternoon, particularly after we moved to
the new mall. I had to munch all afternoon in order to stay
awake. They talk of swaping preceptions; or erasing
experiences; of inplanting experiences; of causing all
manner of pain; or even killing people on some of these
pages. Short of being murder I've experienced quite a few of
these. I am a highly educated person and could have easily
earned $50,000 a year through most of my adult life. My
compatriots games have been very expensive for me. I have
always moved on and looked for any remedy available, but
it's getting tougher because we've spent all the money. Many
of the other jobs also came to an end abruptly. Many of
those other firs could have been at the behest of the
conspiring Hispanics. For instance, last year when the
summer vacation started I went to Orlando to work for
Hiltong Grand Vacation Club. It was very lucrative for me.
They pay a generous training salary to start with. I worked
for about 6 weeks. During the first couple of weeks I stayed
with the pack. The job consisted of using an automated phone
system to call previous guests of the Hilton chain for the
purpose of selling them a mini vacation. They started at $99
for the package, less than you could pay for one day at any
of the hotels used for the promotion. I thought it would be
child's play. But after the second week, it became nearly
impossible to sell the mini vacations.

After the initial period the team leaders started to avoid
assisting when I called them to close. They knew they would
not get the sale and they would loose status. I was aware of
everything but 'til the very last day there was income which
was better than nothing. So I continued working. One day I
heard my ex boyfriend. Before this week I would have felt
like a crazy person saying these things, but now I know the
technology has been available for 10 years. How easy living
one without an income sounds now. I have Trellian software
myself. One of the many programs one can use to cul out
information from a set of records, on the Internet or
wherever. And so all he had to do was run the software to
cul out certain interesting fields from the previous guests
records, to let me call only those records he desired all
night. This is how you see people that look like veritable
apes making millions in telemarketing, while perfectly fine,
well spoken people only get rebukes. Every night I called
numbers where the person was desperately poor, disabled, in
nursing homes, blind, insane, simple... You name it they
answered. Rarely ever was there a person on the other end
that one could actually sell to. He and I were dating for
about one and a half years in New Jersey. Immediately after
we broke up he married another Hispanic neighbor. His family
was somewhat disfunctional and I would not doubt that he
could be easily persuaded for this detail. In other words if
one analyzes the circumstances at other places, the Hispanic
attack could also be easily noticed.

Unfortunately all of the pages I found on the Internet
regarding these new patents, mention mostly the US
Government. I can't help but think that many other
governments have access to these same experiments and other.
Unfortunately we are always discussing our government or the
Soviet Union. I did find pages stating that many of these
experiements were now carried out in the corporate realm. I
blame extended family and acquaintances that have money to
sink on such things.

If I'm going to live longer as mostly myself I need help
soon. For all of the propaganda, all the ones that have
hired, and there are at least another 20 jobs not listed
here, are from other ethnic groups. In essence everyone else
hires and they get one fired. Particularly during the recent
past after I moved to Miami from New Jersey, this has been
the problem. I've had to move to Miami with my mother in her
cousin's house. They do not see things the same way sometimes.
