My son returned from Iraq after serving as a Marine in the
war. He was honorably discharged after 4 years of service.
He applied for a job with local water dept. and was denied
with no reason given. I feel this was due to his ex-wives
father being on the board of the water department. Do we
have any legal recourse to pursue this. thank you.
