what state is the lawn business organized in, operate out of,
and what is the business organization type? llc, corp
    partnership or sole prop?

!st several things, you must put employees on W2 since they
are noy ICs IRS 20 point test rules this, your state wc laws
govern on wc. in nc if have 3+ counting active owners then
must provide wc for ees, owners themselves don't have to be on
the coverage, but others ees do. otherwise you can be subject
to wc penalties and audit assessments
