We have a very small lawn maintenance business. 1-3
employees who recieve 1099s at end of the year. Do we
HAVE to get workers comp for them? On the payroll at
20,000 dollars, it is a lot to invest in. Can't the
employees sign a waiver to take full responsibility if
anything happens to them? Thanks for your time!
