the system was broken for reporting hours worked in June,
so didnt get paid overtime, then amt owed was disputed by
mgmt, then was laid off and told it was a workforce
reduction although they had been hiring the last couple of
months. they had me sign a 1 week pay severance pay
release of any and all present and future claims. i sent a
written revocation 4 days later, so they did not pay the
one week's severance called for in the release contract.
can i sue or are my rights waived still ?
