Your first step is to contact your State's Department of Labor and file a complaint for your unpaid overtime and retaliatory discharge. (BTW, you very likely did not have to give up the severance pay. It's my understanding that one's rights to pursue a complaint for a wage and hour violation under the Fair Labor Standards Act cannot be waived.)
