I discovered my x had been accessing my private information
thru private databases at her work...secretary for at a
national ins. co. After their IA researched my complaint it
was discovered she had been accessing my information for
months. She has since been fired. I want to sue the ins co
for not providing proper supervision to their employees and
allowing my personal information to become public. Problem
is everyone says I have a case but most I have talked to
dont know what type of law this falls under...Suggestions?
