Today,the amount of work hours for last year were posted
along with the exact amount of hours each employee worked
last year. This was done to show which employees were
taking off excessive time. I felt it created a hostile
work environment as it was comparative harassment to list
us all from most hours to least hours. Isn't this personal
data that should have been discussed privately with each
employee?
