    Re: wrongful termination

I asked to use a restroom twice the guard told me the first
time he would not answer questions until I checked in after
getting checked in I asked him again and he said there were no
restrooms. I have a 40 page policy and procedure book from
them for disciplinary corrective actions for fines but none
say getting fired or terminated. My boss also told me I
should have carried a piss jug in my truck which there was
nothing in his policies. Also I have a recorded phone
conversation that states they have had a run of bad luck and I
was part of that one not the only one but to my knowledge the
only one who has been fired. He told me if I had a piss jug
in my truck I would still have my job. He also told me to try
him back in about a year when the waves calm down and I could
    have my job back.
