I recently got pneumonia and mono at the same time. I had
to take off 3 days of work from it. My work basis sick
leave on a 12 month rolling schedule. Last year I got H1N1
and work required me to take off 10 full days. I also got
strep throat a few times (I work directly with customers
and germs). My work is now threating to fire me due
to "excessive" sick leave. I have had doctors notes for
every time I was sick. Can they do this?
