    Depends. On the facts there is no racial law against being
    solely verbally abusive or dismissive. Only when race is
    the issue by using "hate speech" insulting the Race.
    Interesting to note the word Honkey used, White bread,
    cracker, white bitches in Rap songs by black singers and
    there is no complaint from you there.
