Thank you, we have sent a letter but hadn't asked for an update
or attached a copy of the contract, and have not told the
lawyer we'd file a complaint. As for suing a lawyer for
malpractice...it took us two yrs to find one to handle a very
well substantiated civil case, and so far, have found no lawyer
in our area even doing legal malpractice cases. Our lawyer is
also aiming for a political career...suddenly decided to run
for senator to fill gov elect's old seat. Frankly I think
there's enough of his kind at the capitol already. I have a
complaint form all filled out. I will write a letter as you
described and give him a definite date to perform by or the
complaint gets filed. I doubt it'll do any good...thru this
whole ordeal, we have found that no gov't agency does
anything. Those violating the regulations just laugh it off.
